Grant for The Fortuna Hotel

The city will support a new hotel with rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a gym, a courtyard, and event space. The city may provide up to 8 million dollars and waive some city fees for the project. The plan says the project may bring more taxes and jobs to Daphne.
