New planning and building fees

The city sets new fees for permits and reviews handled by its Planning and Development Services Department. Some building, plumbing, and mechanical permit rates rise to 7 dollars and 80 cents per 1,000 dollars of construction. The fees start May 1, 2025, to help cover the city’s service costs.
