This ordinance allows Key Cannabis to use a drive through at 105 North Lindbergh Boulevard. The drive through may operate from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., every day. The permit requires landscaping, parking repairs, approved signs, and no outside speakers except at the pickup window.
