Electric line space at 1030 Lindbergh

The city will let Ameren use land at 1030 North Lindbergh Boulevard for electric and communication lines. The lines will move east to make room for wider roads and new turn lanes. Ameren may enter the area, care for the lines, and remove plants that cause problems.
