New banquet centers must have at least 7,500 square feet, a full kitchen, enough parking, and safe building limits. Guests may stay until 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, or 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Food must be made there, and large events must notify the police 14 days before the event.
