Now therefore be it resolved by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to honor and celebrate Ms. Andrea Rice as Drea Vocalz for bringing her love, light, and hope alive on stage and in the hearts of St. Louisans.
