NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to honor the life and legacy of Ed Niethe, a pillar of leadership and service in St. Louis, and extend our deepest condolences to his family and the community he so passionately served.
