Concrete street and sidewalk repairs

The city may sign a deal with Kelpe Contracting to replace unsafe concrete streets and sidewalks. The work must start within 10 days and finish within 100 days. The city will pay up to $1,250,000 under the ordinance, while the agreement lists $1,175,080.
