The rule changes how Wildwood reviews and permits outdoor game courts, such as tennis and pickleball courts. Owners must submit plans, protect nearby homes, add landscaping, and get location approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission. Pickleball courts must be on lots of at least one acre and stop by 9:00 p.m.
