Wastewater waiver for Hills Hollow Estates

The subdivision may use separate wastewater systems on each lot instead of one shared plant. The plan allows no more than eight lots, and each lot must be at least 3.18 acres. The systems must meet treatment rules, have repair money, and allow a shared plant if a ninth lot is sought.
